Ingolstadt coach, Ralph Hasenhuttl, has accused Bayern Munich of spying on them prior to their German Bundesliga clash on Saturday.
The Bavarians were 2-0 victors at the Allianz Arena thanks to goals from Robert Lewandoski and Philip Lahm.
Hasenhuttl however claims that Bayern had inside knowledge of his side’s set-piece routines and capitalised on that to their advantage.
Ingolstadt who are currently 11th after 16 round of games, got the praises of Bayern coach, Pep Guardiola, for an outstanding display.
But his opposing number expressed his frustration at the antics of the champions despite training behind closed doors.
“We did a lot of things in training, particularly in terms of free-kicks, but our opponents knew all about them,” he told Bild.
“Bayern’s lads knew it all, even though we had trained behind closed doors.”
That final session prior to the Bavarian derby was closed to spectators, but the perimeter fences at their training ground are less than six feet high and so can easily be looked over.
“We don’t have the manpower to protect ourselves on the field any better,” Hasenhuttl added.
“We don’t have much other choice than to go and train in the stadium in future.
“We knew even before the game that Bayern were aware of our plans.”
