Former Big Brother Naija housemate Angel Smith has urged Nigerians to be kind to one another, adding that mental health is important.
The 21-year-old said this in a Twitter post on Wednesday after her co-ex-housemate Tega deactivated her Instagram account.
“Mental health is so important guys. It’s easy to forget that everyone is that was on the show is a human being, it comes with fame but we’re people like you and mistakes will be made.
“Let’s be kind. Don’t use your own moral compass to make it harder than it is for any of us,” she wrote.
Tega’s Instagram account was reportedly deactivated after she made a post saying that she was mentally exhausted from the online bullying she has been receiving from critics since she left the Big Brother show.
The housemate was criticised for having a sexual relationship with Boma while in the Big Brother house in spite of her marital status.
