A skit featuring a wedding proposal from Big Brother Naija season six housemate Saga to his colleague Nini has gone viral.
In the video that surfaced on the internet on Friday, Saga, dressed in a suit, is seen going down on one knee to propose to Nini who was dressed in a beautiful gown.
The surprised Nini kept asking “Are you people playing?”
Saga said he did not plan any speech because he wanted it to come from his heart.
He said, “You’re the only person that from the moment I saw you I knew you were the one. This is the real deal.
“You are everything to me. You are the only reason that I smile, you are the only person that takes my smile away, you are the only person that can make me happy. With you, I want to wake up on the same bed, have kids, cuddle, talk to, laugh with, cry with, cry for, cry to.”
He then brought out the ring and joked that it cost a lot of money.
Nini wasted no time in saying yes and Saga planted the ring on her finger.
The duo spent a considerable number of time in each other’s arms afterwards.
Saga and Nini were really close in the Big Brother house which had viewers questioning the nature of their friendship. They spent time together under the duvet and slept on the same bed all day before their eviction.
After their eviction, Saga told Dele Momodu in an interview that he was not sure if he loved Nini.
“I cannot really say if I love her, love is a strong word, it’s really hard to tell at this early stage,” he said.
Saga also told Ebuka Obi-Uchendu in another interview that he and Nini had boundaries while in the Big Brother house because Nini had a boyfriend.
