Former Big Brother Naija housemate Uriel Oputa has knocked down critics asking her to get married.
The reality star in an Instagram post on Tuesday said she is being careful about the kind of man she brings into her life.
“It’s so sad that no matter what women achieve in life, it’s nothing unless you are married. I post a good video which is helping thousands of people and you still comment go and marry.
“What if I don’t want to marry, does that make me a witch? I don’t wake up everyday and say Holy Ghost fire that husband. The prayer is “father lord bring me the man I need not want.
“I am careful with who I allow into my life because they could be the beginning of your downfall,” she wrote.
Uriel recently revealed that she suffered from an ovarian cyst which caused a major weight loss for her.
“When you have a family history of high blood pressure, stroke even cancer you make changes. I went for a full health check.
“I had ovarian cyst for years (Non-cancerous} we checked yesterday and it’s gone. There is no perfect weight, I was happy being a size 14/15 but my body needed to be fed differently so I did and I lost weight. You can be healthy in any size but my healthy size ended up being smaller,” she wrote.
