The Senator representing Bayelsa East at the National Assembly had joined others at the event to celebrate the 2016 Democracy Day.

He attributes the action of the security agents to his criticism of the President whom he has severally accused of tyranny and mismanagement of the country.
The former Nigeria Television Authority DG, a “commonsense” critic of the Buhari administration, lamented that he was denied access while others were allowed access to Buhari.
