A better video of the clash between former diplomat Bianca Ojukwu and wife of the immediate past governor of Anambra State Ebelechukwu Obiano on March 17 has gone viral on social media.
A Twitter user Callistus Akannaya posted the video to the platform on Monday, claiming it was released by Ojukwu.
In the video, Mrs Obiano approaches Ojukwu who is seated and says in Igbo, “I thought you said APGA (All Progressives Grand Alliance) won’t win election.” Then she tries to take hold of Ojukwu’s headgear. At this point, Ojukwu hit her on the face and tried to remove her wig. Then, people step in to intervene.
The duo clashed at the inauguration of Prof Charles Soludo as governor of Anambra.
Following the incident, Ojukwu accused Mrs Obiano of being intoxicated at the time. The latter, who is running for the Senate, did not address the allegation despite apologising for her action.
