Industrialist and and philanthropist, Bode Akindele, has passed on aged 88.
The Parakoyi of Ibadan land and chairman of Madandola Group died in Apapa home in Lagos in the early hours of Monday.
Mr Akindele recently donated N100 million to the Federal Government, Oyo and Lagos State governments in the fight against coronavirus.
He was the father of famous fashion designer, Folake Akindele-Coker.
His company deals in maritime, property, manufacturing, real estate, finance and flour milling with its headquarters in the United Kingdom
