Actress Bimbo Thomas could not hold back her emotions after a surprise treat from her colleague Hadiza Abu to console her over the death of her mum.
Hadiza enlisted the services of an ‘event and surprise company’ to perform for her colleague who is still grieving her mum.
In a video shared on Instagram on Tuesday, an emotional Bimbo could be seen dancing alongside Hadiza and others as the band performed.
During the worship session, Bimbo broke down in tears while Hadiza comforted her. She also gave the actress flowers.
Captioning the video, Hadiza wrote: “Putting smiles on people’s faces can never be overemphasized.
“Thank you aunty Toyin mii @royalhugssurprises for the swift response when I called.
“A ROYAL HUG SURPRISE FROM ME TO AUNTY @iambimbothomas TO COMFORT HER AFTER LOSING HER MUM
“You’re a good person and you’ve loved me since you met me… I love you mama @iambimbothomas the Lord will forever comfort you and yours.”

Bimbo announced her mother’s passing in an Instagram post on January 12 with the image of a burning candle. Her mum was buried the same day.
