Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo, has come under attack on social media for planning to hold church services on Sunday in Abuja amid fears over the spread of the coronavirus.
Fatoyinbo told his congregation in a post on Instagram on Saturday that they can be “assured of our unwavering commitment to a clean and conducive environment for service.”
His statement followed a directive by the FCT not to have more than 50 persons gather in a place at a particular time.
With the cleric’s Instagram post silent about the stipulated number allowed, Nigerians on Twitter have begun dragging him.
