Social media celeb, Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, was denied entry into the UK on Friday for allegedly contravening immigration laws.
The 26-year-old cross-dresser had made a song and dance about his trip during which he planned to attend paid events and sell creams.
He purportedly flew first class into London but was questioned on arrival at Heathrow Airport over the nature of his trip to the country.
It was learned that the class of visa given to him did not allow him undertake any commercial activity during his stay.
He was promptly put on the next plane back home.
Upon returning to Nigeria on Saturday morning, a disappointed Bobrisky wrote on Instagram: “In any situation you find yourself always still thank God.”
He later posted a lengthier message in which he stated that “it hurts me that I cried this morning because I was not able to see people who truly loved me and appreciate me.”
Denying reports that he was deported or banned from entering the UK, Bobrisky said he was only told to go get the right visa.
He went hard on an unnamed “snitch” who informed the UK authorities he was coming to work in the country, claiming that “I went to UK to relax and enjoy myself not to make money.”
The drama queen has, however, promised to repeat the trip after getting the right visa.
