Nigerian male Barbie, Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, has revealed he regrets rooting for Nina, ex-contestant of the recently concluded Big Brother Naija.
Bobrisky campaigned on Nina’s behalf on social media while the reality TV show was on, calling on celebrities and fans alike to vote for the Imo indigene.
He went as far as making T-shirts in Nina’s name, making videos on Snapchat and Instagram to support her.
Reasons for the latest turn of event, however, seem to be lost on followers as there has been no indication prior to this time that there had been friction between the pair.
Bobrisky posted on his Snapchat account, on Wednesday that he regrets rooting for her and he said he has learned his lesson.
His words: “Next year Big Brother I will take my time to pick who I will root for. I have learnt lesson in this year Big Brother that people don’t worth your time.”
The controversial cross-dresser said the only mistake he made this year was not supporting Cee-c, the first runner-up of the show.
“Cee-c the only mistake I make this year this year was not to root for you. But it okay, I will take my time before I root for anyone”
Bobrisky recounted many of the goods he had done for Nina and expressed how disappointed he was that Nina did not return the favour.
“Someone claim she likes you and throughout your 3 months, she never put your shadow not to talk of your picture on her page not to talk of root for you. But when the game is over the person suddenly calls you that she likes you. Some people are ungrateful,” he wrote.
The Nigerian internet personality has never been one to shy away from confrontation and expressing how he feels.
He called out popular stylist, Toyin Lawani, for calling him a riff-raff after his buttock surgery was discussed on an episode of Hot Topics with Latasha on Channels TV.
Bobrisky, who wondered why he was featured on the episode, revealed he did not want to associate with Toyin Lawani who he said is fake.
