Comedian, Bovi, has clashed with a fan of former Big Brother Naija housemate, Tacha, over his comments about Titans being everywhere following refusal by US officials to grant his visa application.
Fans of Tacha vigorously pride themselves as Titans.
“What has Titans got to do with your visa application? You are just seeking attention and quite the wrong way. Cheers,” a fan of Tacha wrote Bovi.
In reply, the comedian said on Friday: “You have tunnel vision. That’s why a joke must be explained to you bit by bit. When they say ‘no leave no transfer’, your colorless life won’t still get the joke in that tweet.”
The fan has now deleted the tweet.
Bovi tweeted afterwards in response to his fan that he was misunderstood by the statement which he considered a joke.
“Errr thanks for the love but truth is I wasn’t dragging anybody. Just shared a deep joke that most didn’t get based on a phrase they use regularly. Spread love,” he said.
Bovi’s statement on Thursday generated lots of debates among fans of Tacha.
“The US embassy rejected my visa application this morning. These Titans are everywhere!” he had said.
