Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, has conceded defeat in the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship primary to Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
In a short broadcast on Wednesday afternoon, Governor Ambode congratulated the winner and promised to support the APC to emerge winner in the 2019 governorship election.
He also called on party members to ensure Sanwo-Olu’s success at the poll.
