Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, has begun addressing stakeholders at the International Conference Centre, Abuja.
The meeting began at 3:30 pm as against 2 pm which the commission initially announced.
Reports say that the commission met with former leaders of Nigeria before assembling for the meeting with stakeholders.
