A bus conductor has been set ablaze by an irate mob near Aswani Market in Lagos.
The incident occurred when a misunderstanding between the bus conductor and passenger went awry on Tuesday leading to the passenger’s death.
Eye-witnesses at the Five Star bus stop where the incident occurred said the passenger was stabbed by the conductor over a disagreement on the passenger’s balance.
The passenger died instantly according to eye witnesses.
Bystanders at the scene of the tragic incident immediately set the conductor on fire.
