Movie director, screenwriter, and producer Chico Ejiro has died of suspected cardiac arrest.
The Isoko, Delta-born filmmaker died in the morning of Friday, Christmas Day, Qed.ng learned from close family sources.
He was younger brother of another filmmaker Zeb Ejiro.
Nicknamed Mr Prolific by journalist Azuh Arinze, Chico produced founded Grand Touch Pictures and tonnes of movies in a career that spanned three decades.
His productions include Sisters on the Run, Blood Money, Silent Night, Outcast, Dangerous Babes and Deadly Affair.
He released Night Bus to Lagos last year was working on a movie titled Relapse at the time of his death.
He is survived by his wife Joy and four children.
