Special Adviser to the President on Political Matters, Senator Babafemi Ojudu, has withdrawn from the Ekiti All Progressives Congress governorship primary.
Ojudu announced his decision at a press conference in Ado-Ekiti on Thursday.
According to him, respect for the people is more important than an ambition that could lead to bloodshed.
“I leave my supporters to vote for who they believe in according to their conscience,” he said.
