The Supreme Court on Tuesday upheld the election of Samuel Ortom of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as governor of Benue State.
The apex court also dismissed the appeal by Emmanuel Jime, governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the election.
Both the election petition tribunal and the Court of Appeal had upheld Ortom’s victory.
