Social media influencer Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan has made an appearance at the House of Representatives, dressed in striking traditional attire.
His presence is aimed at assisting in the investigation surrounding the controversy involving crossdresser Bobrisky and alleged misconduct by officials from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS).
VeryDarkMan posted a video on his Instagram page on Monday, documenting his arrival dressed in traditional white attire and walking barefoot.
He was accompanied by a man dressed in the garb of a traditional spiritualist with a bell, wearing a long red skirt as they participated in what appeared to be a ritualistic ceremony.
His lawyer, Deji Adeyanju, was also present.
VeryDarkMan, along with popular crossdresser Idris Okuneye, known as Bobrisky and EFCC Chairman Ola Olukoyede has been summoned by the House of Representatives as part of an ongoing investigation.
This development follows a controversy sparked by an audio recording released by VeryDarkMan in which Bobrisky allegedly claimed to have bribed EFCC officials with N15 million to drop a money laundering case against him.
In the same recording, Bobrisky purportedly accused musician Falz and his father, renowned lawyer Mr. Femi Falana of reaching out to him during his six-month prison sentence for naira abuse, allegedly offering assistance in securing a presidential pardon.
