Reality TV star, Kim Kardashian West, was reportedly robbed at gunpoint in her private residence in Paris early Monday morning.
Five armed men dressed as police officers allegedly entered her room and put a gun to her head.
They bounded, gagged and dumped her in the bath tub before making off with jewellery worth up to $10million.
It was later reported that fearing for her safety, the socialite had fled Paris to be with her family.
Her husband, Kanye West, cancelled his performance at the Meadows Music & Arts Festival to console her.
As with every Kardashian story, social media is buzzing.
While some of Kim’s friends and family are concerned for her well-being, others are claiming the robbery is either fake or was just a publicity stunt on the socialite’s part.
The anti-Kim messages range from skepticism to harsh criticism

Telling Kim Kardashian that she deserved to get robbed because she’s rich is the same as telling women in skirts they deserve to be raped.
