President Muhammadu Buhari and his party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), have closed their defence in the petition filed at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal by Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
Atiku and PDP want to court to upturn the outcome of the February 23 presidential poll.
President Buhari and the APC closed their defence on Thursday.
Counsel to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had also said its client would not call any witness in the case.
Justice Mohammed Garba, leading a five-man tribunal, fixed August 21 for adoption of written addresses.
