The weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting has begun at the Council Chamber of the Presidential Villa, Abuja, with President Muhammadu Buhari presiding.
Information minister, Lai Mohammed, is expected to make presentations on behalf of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) and Nigerian Television Authority (NTA).
Sports minister, Solomon Dalung, is also expected to make presentations on behalf of ministry of youth and sports development.
Petroleum ministry and some other government agencies are expected to also make presentations at the meeting.
Managing Director of NAN, Bayo Onanuga and the Director-General of NTA, Yakubu Ibn-Muhammed, are expected to be with Mohammed during the special presentation.
Those present include Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo, secretary to the government of the federation, Boss Mustapha, national security adviser to the president, Babagana Monguno, and other cabinet ministers.
