Hanan Buhari-Sha’aban, the youngest daughter of former President Muhammadu Buhari, has expressed appreciation to her mother-in-law for receiving her into her family with love.
Hanan married Mohammed Sha’aban, son of a former lawmaker Mahmud Sha’aban, in September 2020 in the Presidential Villa, Abuja. It was the first wedding to be held in the seat of power.
In an Instagram post on Wednesday morning, Hanan said words were not enough to express her gratitude to her mother-in-law whom she referred to as amazing.
“A woman with a heart of gold, an amazing mother who accepted me into her family and embraced me with all her heart. Words are not enough to express my gratitude. Thank you for being the best granny and loving me like your own Mama,” she wrote.
The former president’s daughter graduated with a first class degree in digital photography in December 2019 from Ravensbourne University, London.
She had her first child, a baby boy, in Turkey on Sunday, March 20, 2022.
