Singer Burna Boy could not hold back his emotions as he angrily left the stage during a performance in Côte d’Ivoire due to a sound malfunction.
A video of the 32-year-old leaving the stage has been making rounds on social media.
In the now-viral video, Burna Boy could be seen looking frustrated and visibly upset after the sound was cut off, preventing the audience from hearing him sing.
A voice in the background could be heard saying, “Him dey yan but the mic no dey talk,” referring to the sound malfunction.
What soon followed was the Grammy winner angrily leaving the stage and asking his aide to drive him out.
“Where is this f*cking car, let’s go, drive, let’s drive,” Burna Boy could be heard shouting.
Pictures from his performance were also uploaded on his Instagram account with the caption: “A bientôt Abidjan.”
