Nollywood actress Ireti Doyle was left frustrated at the late start of Burna Boy’s concert that she described the singer as “plain disrespectful”.
The 51-year-old expressed her disappointment in a message posted on Twitter early Thursday morning.
Thousands of fans were gathered at Eko Hotel and Suites for Burna Live, described as one of the most anticipated shows of the year.
One of them was Ireti Doyle.
What was advertised to start at 7pm on Wednesday, however, did not kick-off until after 1am the next day.
That prompted the Tinsel actress to lash out at the ‘Gbona’ singer.
Burna Boy eventually made up for the late start of the show.
With stars like 2face Idibia, Wizkid, D’banj, Davido and Wande Coal also on parade, Ireti Doyle and other fans were brought to their feet in appreciation of the show.
