Afrobeat musician Burna Boy has given out his diamond necklace to Arsenal legend Thierry Henry.
The ‘Last Last’ singer gave Henry the necklace while being interviewed after the UEFA Champions League match between Manchester City and Inter Milan.
Burna Boy performed at the opening ceremony of the UEFA Champions League final match at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul, Turkey.
The singer took off his diamond necklace which he made in honour of his late best friend Gambo and put it around Henry’s neck.
He said, “You see the person on this is my best friend. I lost my best friend and knowing that you are wearing this thing right now is the most special thing in the world that I could have ever done. His name is Gabriel Serenkuma aka Gambo.”
Asked by one of his interviewers if Henry could keep the necklace, Burna Boy said, “If he wants.”
