Actress Tonto Dikeh has reacted to her colleague Halima Abubakar’s statement on bullying in Nollywood, daring her to call their names.
The mother of one reacted in an Instagram post on Tuesday.
“Lmaooo hallibooboo stop tensioning us Abeg… My friend no be evrytime you want give us gist you go come listen to people wey go tell you say you big pass this thing, give us gist.. No do us half bread is better than none!! In gistlover voice:- We don’t want PEACE. Name names jor, let us know and say hi to them,” she wrote.
Halima had on Monday threatened to expose bullies in the movie industry.
The actress made the threat while demanding justice for Sylvester Oromoni.
“KINDLY STOP AND TALK TO UR KIDS.MANY MORE ARE HIDDEN. LOOK EVEN IN NOLLYWOOD WE HAVE BULLIES AND I WILL NAME THEM ALL. I REPEATED A SEMESTER IN BUK BECAUSE OF BULLIES,” she wrote.
It would appear that the actresses are back to being friends after they fell apart over an undisclosed issue.
Speaking on her relationship with Tonto in an interview with Nigerian Films, Halima said, “Ok, after a while some people just grow apart in life.
“That was the only problem we had, there was never any verbal exchange between us. Don’t forget that between us, there were too many friends. Now, I don’t even have time for friendship, which is the truth because I have grown wiser now. At a point in life, people just need to go achieve something and come back. I didn’t want to feel awkward in any relationship that is why I decided to do my own thing. Tonto is an amazing person.”
