Actress Carolyna Hutchings has called out clothing brand Ashluxe after the company’s security staff allegedly sprayed tear gas on her and her colleague, Shan George.
In an Instagram Story posted on Sunday, Carolyna explained that after finishing a shoot, she and Shan were waiting for a ride in front of Ashluxe’s building at Lekki, Lagos when the company’s security team approached them, insisting they leave the area.
The actress alleged that the security personnel sprayed tear gas on them without warning.
Describing the ordeal, she said, “After spraying the tear gas, you still went around my car to spray Aunty Shan, then still sprayed inside my car while I was sitting in it, and then still went to bring gun.
“Aunty Shan, who was in the car minding her biz cause she was tired, was also baptised because a power-drunk human walked around my car to go spray her. Everything happened so fast; I was scared cause I thought he was coming around to shoot.
“Like this is how people get shot. Imagine if I was alone with a faulty car. My police was also sprayed even when he was begging for calmness. I had to call him back to the car.”
Carolyna vowed that Ashluxe would be held accountable for the incident.
She earlier posted videos of the altercation, making it clear that she intends to seek justice for the damages caused.
