Actress Carolyna Hutchings and reality stars Laura Ikeji and Mariam Timmer are returning for the highly anticipated Real Housewives of Lagos Season 3, set to premiere on January 12, 2024.
The reality show, known for showcasing the luxurious lifestyles of women in Lagos’ affluent neighbourhoods, has released a teaser featuring Carolyna, Laura and Mariam, heightening fans’ excitement.
In the snippet, Carolyna, who skipped Season 2 after a dramatic exit in Season 1, hinted at unresolved conflicts.
Eager to reclaim her spot, she said: “Well, unfortunately, I was friends with a snake… Whatever I say behind you, I’ll say it in front of you. It could be better; it could be worse.”
Laura Ikeji revealed she would be taking a new approach, focusing on positivity and love. However, fans are curious to see how long this will last, given her history of heated confrontations.
On her part, Mariam Timmer made it clear she’s not backing down, warning: “Don’t mess with me unless you’re ready to face the consequences.”
Known for her bold and outspoken personality, Mariam is expected to bring the same fiery energy to the new season.
All three have previously appeared in Seasons 1 and 2, contributing their unique flair and drama to the show.
While individual posters have been released for Carolyna, Laura, and Mariam, fans are speculating about the return of other favourites such as Iyabo Ojo, Chioma Ikokwu (Chioma Good Hair), Toyin Lawani-Adebayo, Tania Omotayo and Faith Morey.
Real Housewives of Lagos first premiered on April 8, 2022, on Showmax with cast members including Carolyna, Laura, Chioma, Toyin, Iyabo and Mariam.
Season 2, which aired in September 2023, introduced new housemates Faith Morey and Tania Omotayo and was marked by broken friendships and intense confrontations.
