The Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) sitting in Abuja has issued the arrest of the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Walter Onnoghen.
The police and the Department of State Security are now mandated to produce him for trial on Friday.
Lead prosecution lawyer, Aliyu Umar, on Wednesday, made the application on resumption of proceedings.
Mr Umar said the arrest warrant was necessary because Mr Onnoghen had absented himself from the tribunal since proceedings began.
