Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) has shifted judgement on the trial of Justice Walter Onnoghen from 9 am the originally scheduled time, till noon on Thursday.
Onnoghen is facing six count charge of false asset declaration.
Onngohen arrived at the tribunal on Thursday at 8.40am before even the prosecution team.
CCT chairman, Danladi Umar, had on Monday fixed judgement for 9 am on Thursday, a shift from the 10 am sitting time of the tribunal.
Onnoghen resigned his position as Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN) on April 4 more than two months after his suspension by the Federal Government.
