English side, Chelsea, have celebrated former player, Frank Lampard, on his 41st birthday.
The Europa League winners sent a message to their all-time record goal scorer in a tweet on Thursday.
“Happy birthday Frank Lampard! 🥳,” they wrote.
The tweet comes in the wake of reports linking Frank Lampard with the vacant head coach job at Chelsea.
On Sunday, Chelsea officially confirmed that Italian, Maurizio Sarri, was leaving the role to join Juventus.
The links persist despite Lampard’s debut season in management with Derby County ending in a play-off final defeat to Aston Villa.
