Actor Chinedu Ikedieze on Sunday celebrated his 44th birthday as the sequel of the hit film Aki and Pawpaw which features the actor and his colleague Osita Iheme premiered in Lagos.
The Abia-born wrote on Instagram saying, “Happy born day to meTo all my birthday mates. To all of us born in the month of December! We shall age gracefully.”
In another Instagram post, he wrote: “I swear, I don’t deserve what God has given me. Regardless, he never took them! It’s our birthday.”
His screen brother Osita Iheme also celebrated him.
“Happy birthday bro, God’s blessings always. Enjoy your day,” he wrote on Instagram.
Following the success of the 2002 hit film, Aki na Ukwa, the sequel Aki and Pawpaw take us through the life of the two brothers trying to gain financial freedom as they return home to their father Mazi Ibekwe played by veteran actor Ameachi Muonagor.
Directed by Biodun Stephen the film also stars Toyin Abraham, Uti Nwachukwu, Real Warri Pikin, Stan Nze and others.
