Comedian and motivational speaker, I Go Dye, has gifted his son, Roy Agoda, a mansion on his ninth birthday.
The 40-year-old comedian, who welcomed his first daughter in May, on Friday shared pictures on Instagram of the mansion painted in white.
I Go Dye said he was giving his son the house to express “essence of shelter” which reminds him of how “some of us grow up” not having shelter.
“This GOLDEN SEAL CASTLE Birthday gift is just a step for you to achieve greater things in the future and praying that God should grant this privilege to many others.
“May this little gift bring forth hope to many children, who may not be privileged to have good shelter, nurturing in them that everything is possible.
“I can’t define the future but I will try to bring more than a million smiles to your life, by bringing your dreams closer at all times by the grace of God. #happybirthday my prince Roy Agoda,” he wrote passionately.
I Go Dye started his career presenting mock news on Delta Broadcasting Service 1994 and he later got a contract as a Stand-up comedian at Prest Motel in Benin City.
His exploits made him feature in Africa biggest comedy show, Night of A thousand laughs 2000 year edition.
I Go Dye has won various awards, including African Best Comedian, The Nigeria Best Comedian Award, Delta Role model Award 2017, Nigeria best comedian Award and Niddo Spain Award; for his contribution to Nigeria Culture and Art.
