It comes ahead of the Premier League champions’ final match against Sunderland on Sunday.
Should they win that game, Chelsea will beat their own record of 29 wins in the 2004-05 season – with 30 wins in the Premier League this year.
The team could also still do the Double if they beat Arsenal in the FA Cup final on May 27.
Chelsea were crowned champions last Friday after beating West Brom 1-0 away.
The animated goal celebrations of the former Italy and Juventus manager have become a feature of Chelsea march to the title.
He is the first football manager to get his own Twitter emoji.
