Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte, and Manchester United forward, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, have been named Premier League Manager and Player of the Month respectively for December.
Conte, who also won the previous two editions of the award, was rewarded for another brilliant month with Chelsea.
The Italian led the Blues to six victories to consolidate their position at the top of the Premier League table.
“This award shows we’re working very well,” Conte said. “December was a great month for us. It was important for the table and for our confidence.”

The Swedish striker scored 12 goals in 12 appearances in November and December, including six goals during the final month of 2016 as his club went on a six-game winning run.
