A magistrate court has declared wanted, Olanrewaju Saheed, over the ongoing paternity case between him and actress Ronke Odusanya.
The actress’ baby daddy Olanrewaju popularly known as Jago, through his lawyer had in February requested the court to order a DNA test to ascertain the paternity of their child, on the grounds of suspicion of infidelity.
The actress and her lawyer agreed to the request on the condition that the DNA fees and other bills be footed by Saheed.
In a statement dated December 15, the court declared the respondent a wanted person.
“Upon this cause coming up before this Honourable court today the 15th day of December 2021. And purist to the oral application of the applicant’s counsel in the open court made on the 15th December 2021.
It is hereby ordered as follows: That this honourable court hereby ordered that the respondent ( Saheed Olarenwaju Aranmolate) whose whereabouts is unknown and making it difficult to execute the order of court be declared a wanted person. Case adjourned to 9th day of February 2022 for hearing of the Application,” the statement read.
Ronke in December 2020 debunked rumour that she was trying to wreck Jago.
A blog said the actress had taken her baby daddy to court over the custody of their daughter.
The 47-year-old reacting to the report said she will be calm because the truth always reveals itself on December 8 in an Instagram post.
“While my silence may be taken for cowardice, I will be calm because the truth always reveals itself. I can defend myself but I won’t want my daughter to grow up reading such irritating fact less information.
“Bank statements can reveal who has been receiving money from who and for what? Investigate before publishing,” she wrote.
Ronke and Jajo welcomed their daughter in 2019.
