A Federal High Court sitting in Minna, on Monday, dismissed a certificate forgery case filed against Niger State Governor, Abubakar Bello.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) instituted the charge against the governor on January 11, 2019, alleging that Bello submitted forged certificates to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Justice Aminu Aliyu ruled that the case lacked merit and ordered the plaintiff (PDP) to pay the sum of N500,000 to Bello.
