Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke of a Federal High Court in Lagos has ordered the arrest of former Director-General, National Intelligence Agency (NIA), Ayodele Oke, and his wife, Folasade.
The judge gave the order on Thursday following an application by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Prosecuting counsel, Rotimi Oyedepo, had told the court that Mr Oke and his wife could not be found.
There are reports that the couple had long left the country before the EFCC filed the suit.
