Super Eagles forward, Ahmed Musa, received the backing of his former club, CSKA Moscow, ahead of the clash with Croatia.
The Nigerian national team face their European counterpart on Saturday in the second Group D fixture.
Musa, 25, who enjoyed two seperate spells with the Army club, will be among the Eagles expected to soar in the fixture.
The former Russian champions took to Twitter to thank the Nigerian for his second spell with them which ended before the World Cup.

Musa endured a difficult start to life at Leicester City before returning to Russia.
He notched six goals in about 10 starts for the club.
