Cubana Chief Priest

Socialite Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest and Grammy-winning singer Damini Ogulu, better known as Burna Boy, have engaged in a heated social media exchange.

The feud, which began late Friday and continued into Saturday, unfolded on their Instagram Stories.

It started when Burna Boy referred to Cubana Chief Priest as the “Owerri Rick Ross,” a comment widely interpreted as a jab at the celebrity barman and close associate of singer Davido.

In his post, Burna Boy wrote: “No forget say u be Azaman o And dem don gbe your plug wey him name na ‘Omo Igbo’ for ATL and na u be next #OwerriRickyrozay.”

Cubana Chief Priest responded with accusations, alleging Burna Boy was upset and hinting that the singer owes a London jeweler.

“Diddy oil the fastest way to PTSD. you never see anything, you and your bend down collect Grammy,” he wrote.

He later added, “The Ferrari’s. The London jewelers debt. I’m coming. I have long waited for this moment. Osubrileeee oooo.”

Burna Boy fired back, claiming he pays for everything in cash and accused Cubana Chief Priest’s boss of owing money.

In a twist, Cubana Chief Priest claimed he paid Burna Boy just N1 million to perform at his 2018 birthday when Burna was relatively unknown.

He shared a video of Burna Boy requesting cake at the event as evidence, suggesting he was already wealthy before the singer’s rise to fame.

Burna Boy responded by posting a video of Bethel Okechukwu, a man who claimed to be Cubana Chief Priest’s brother and a phone repairer.

Burna offered $30,000 to the man, beckoning fans to help find him.

The feud has since sparked widespread reactions on social media, with fans weighing in on the exchange.

This clash comes amid the long-standing rivalry between Burna Boy and Davido, which has often extended to their respective associates.
