Singer, Cynthia Morgan, has explained her long absence from the music industry.
The 28-year-old opened up this in an Instagram Live chat with former beauty queen, Sandra Ogbebor, on Saturday.
She blamed her absence on problems with her former record label, Northside entertainment, and some personal issues.
‘Its been like a roller coaster for me. I took ill, I was really sick. When I changed my name, I had a lot of family issues. I had like a breakdown. So it was really hard for me…I actually went back to the studio but I wasn’t done, I still had to come back…I didn’t fight him because I didn’t think it was necessary…I had dirt on him but I didn’t think it was necessary” she said.
In June 2018, Cynthia announced that she had changed her stage name to Mandarina.
She released the song,‘Billion Dollar Woman’ under her new stage name.
