On-air personality Daddy Freeze has disagreed with Nollywood veteran Pete Edochie on his opinion about women in the home.
Pete Edochie in a video on Sunday, March 14 revealed how his father married his 15-year-old mother and the woman was still shy towards his father even after birthing 10 children.
The veteran also advised women to do anything to keep their marriages, even telling them to put a pack of condoms in their husband’s bags if they suspected them of cheating.
However, in a series of posts, Daddy Freeze maintained his defiant stand to the veteran’s.
In a post on Wednesday, the OAP said that men of older generations enjoyed their marriages, while their women endured, also insisting that the tide is turning to place both the man and his wife on equal footing.
“Many women stayed in dead, torturous marriages to men who would abuse them physically, emotionally and sexually, while cheating on them repeatedly, for the sake of the children or public perception and validation.
“Try this today and your partner would leave you quicker that you knew what hit you. Not because your partner doesn’t respect the sanctity of marriage, but because your partner won’t take your sh*t, SIMPLE,” he wrote.
In a post on Tuesday, Daddy Freeze wrote: “I don’t quite agree with Pete Edochie in trending video.”
