Minister of Youth and Sports, Solomon Dalung, was pictured without clothes during the celebration of Ntim Otarok Cultural Carnival on Saturday.
Dalung is a proud native of Langtang South in Plateau State.
The eight edition of the annual event was themed, ‘Promoting and Sustaining Tarok Culture in the 21st Century’.
It is aimed at bringing peace, unity and development to Tarok land and Nigeria at large.
An utterly excited Dalung, participated in all activities including dance.
The former lecturer took to his Facebook page to share photos of the event.
