Nigerian singer, Dammy Krane, was on Thursday cleared of credit card fraud and other charges filed against him in Miami, USA.
The 25-year-old singer had faced nine felony charges criminal court for credit card forgery and grand theft.
He was arrested in June after private jet Service Company, TapJets, alerted the police that the singer made a fraudulent booking totalling $10,943.
The singer, however, blamed his promoter for the booking and assured his fans that he was innocent, even though seven fake credit cards were found in his wallet.
He appeared before Judge De La O Miguel on Thursday after which he declared on Twitter: “Case closed. I’m a free man. Let’s get back to the music. One love.”
But all that aside, CASE CLOSED! IM A FREE MAN lets get back to the music. One love. Back in the studio! ?? New music on the way
