Nigerian singer, Dammy Krane, has unfollowed everybody on Instagram a day after releasing a video to apologise for his arrest in the US over credit card theft, grand theft and identity fraud.
He also disabled the comment section of all his posts save for that of the apology video.
Dammy was released from jail on Wednesday after meeting his bail conditions which was set at $7500.
He was last Friday arrested for allegedly using a stolen credit card to book a private jet from a company – Tap Jets – while on holiday in Miami.
The company had detected the fraud due to discrepancies in the credit card information the ‘My Dear’ singer provided.
In the video posted on Thursday, the artiste blames an agent for booking his flight ticket with “fraudulent cards”, a claim supported by his mother.
According to an update from the Miami-Dade County Criminal Justice Online System, Dammy Krane’s court hearing has been fixed June 23, 2017.
