Nigerian entertainers, Davido and Don Jazzy, have joined other Nigerians in storming the Instagram page of boxer, Jared “Big Baby” Miller.
The celebrities and others promised Miller that he would be ‘knocked out’ by Joshua during their fight.
This is in reaction to the American boxer shoving Anthony Joshua on Tuesday as the duo made their first media appearance ahead of their June 1 championship bout.
Tunde Ednut shared a video of the shove and asked Nigerians to storm his page.
“Wow! Oh nooooooo, why would you push Anthony Joshua like that? Are you mad? Anthony wouldn’t even retaliate, he’s too calm for all these shit. We need to go curse this idiot on his page, don’t fuck with Nigerians you Nicumpu @bigbabymiller,” he wrote.
Anthony Joshua, 29, was taunted by his opponent, Jarrell Miller, as the pair clashed at a heated news conference in Madison Square Garden on Tuesday.
Miller shoved Joshua hard in the chest within seconds of taking to the stage forcing security to interven on multiple occasions.
During insults trade-off, Anthony Joshua mocked Miller, he said: “He’s the softest puncher in the heavyweight division.”
Miller then taunted the Watford-based boxer, “Your mum think I hit hard, though.”
Joshua quickly replied: “Where’s your mum? She be lucky, I pay her rent now. I’m your landlord.”
Speaking about criticism from observers over what is supposedly weak match; Joshua described the bout as a strategic step in his aim to be considered as one of the sport’s greatest heavyweights.
