Music superstar, David Adeleke, popularly known Davido, has emerged the richest Nigerian on Instagram, with his single post valued at over N26 million.
The Instagram Rich List 2019, put together by Hopper HQ, is based on how much a user can charge for a single post on the social media site.
Analysts looked at data including average engagement and number of followers to reveal the most influential stars.
Davido holds the second position in Africa and occupies 38th position on the global rating.
Mohammed Salah, Egyptian and Liverpool football star is the richest African celebrity on Instagram and occupies spot 26 at the global level.
Davido has 11.8 million Instagram followers as of Thursday, July 25, with each of his posts valued at $74,000, approximately N26 million.
Funke Akindele, who holds the second position in Nigeria and 45th globally, follows him.
With 8,026,389, Mrs Bello is worth $50,500 (N18.3) per post.
Wizkid and Tiwa Savage are third and fourth in Nigeria and 46th and 48th globally respectively.
For the second year in a row, 21-year-old reality star, Kylie Jenner, tops the list globally, making an estimated $1.2m per post – an increase of nearly a third on last year, when she received $1m on average.
