Actor Zubby Michael has hailed Afrobeats star Davido, describing him as an “angel” for his generosity and uplifting nature.
During an appearance on the Curiosity Made Me Ask podcast with comedian Isbae U, Zubby recounted his first-ever experience flying on a private jet, courtesy of Davido.
Reflecting on the encounter, the actor praised the singer’s kindness, stating: “My first private jet experience is OBO. If it’s easy, run am now. That’s why he is OBO. Davido is an angel. He is not a human being. No matter what, he can’t stop helping people.”
The actor, known for his energetic roles in blockbuster Nollywood films such as Eze ndi Ala and Shanty Town, emphasised Davido’s reputation for supporting others, adding that the singer’s generosity is unmatched.
Davido, born David Adeleke, has often been celebrated for his philanthropy and support of entertainers across various industries. Zubby’s remarks highlight yet another instance of the singer’s positive influence on those around him.
