Pop star Davido has made a jest of singer Kizz Daniel over the latter’s absence at a concert in Tanzania.
Qed.ng reported that Kizz Daniel was taken into custody by the Tanzanian police after failing to perform at a paid concert in the country.
Explaining why he could not perform, the singer at a press conference said he arrived late and was advised to stay back in his hotel room because fans had already started tearing down the venue.
However, in a new video, Kizz who is still on his Afro Classic World Tour ensured he landed a day early in Benin Republic to avoid any unexpected circumstance.
Captioning the video uploaded on Instagram, he wrote: “Benin. Landed softly. Great people, greater energy. Tomorrow night we Buga. I love you.”
Reacting in the comment section of the post, Davido revisited the singer’s ordeal in Tanzania saying, “You go a day before Jeje.”
“Fimile jor,” Kizz Daniel replied with laughing emojis.
